We are looking for a Commercial Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting commercial operations in professional cycling. In this role, you will assist the Chief Commercial Officer in day-to-day tasks and contribute to the execution of partnership activities. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth internal coordination between commercial and marketing departments.
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Commercial Operations Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation for strategic and operational meetings Assist in creation, adaptation and execution of the commercial strategy of the Team Conduct research and compile insights to support commercial decision-making Support the sales process from ideation to execution Support the Partnership Management Team in executing partner activations Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for strategic partner development activations Maintain accurate records of contracts, deliverables, and timelines
Administrative & Communication Support Help coordinate cross-department initiatives involving marketing, partnerships, and sports departments Organize meetings, calls, and follow-ups with partners and internal stakeholders Support the creation of content and materials for digital and physical activations
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- First experience in a commercial, administrative, or marketing role
- Passionate about creating compelling and visually appealing presentations and decks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and Design Programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Discretion and reliability in handling executive-level tasks
- First Experience in Sports Marketing and a high Interest in cycling is a plus
- Excellent German skills as well a very good command of written and spoken English rounds off your profile
