Mit Werner Grabherr nimmt in der aktuellen Podcast-Episode erstmals ein sportlicher Leiter am Kaffeehaustisch von Simon-Peter Charamza und Lorenz Kirchschlager Platz. Der Vorarlberger in Diensten des Cashpoint SCR Altach blickt auf eine junge, aber dennoch vielseitige Berufslaufbahn zurück und vor allem voraus, denn dem 36-Jährigen gefällt es, ganzheitlich und visionär zu denken.
Grabherr deckt durch seine Laufbahn und Erfahrungen vieles mehr als „nur“ den sportlichen Bereich ab. Er hat neben seiner aktiven Karriere als Fußballer ein BWL-Studium abgeschlossen und parallel dazu bereits als Trainer im LAZ Vorarlberg gearbeitet. Von 2012 bis 2019 durchlief Werner Grabherr unterschiedlichste Stationen beim SCR Altach: Leiter Marketing und Kommunikation, Co- sowie Chef-Trainer der Amateure und Profis. Danach folgte die erfolgreiche Beendigung der UEFA Pro Lizenz, Hospitationen bei internationalen Vereinen und die Erstellung des Reports „Fußball 2050“. Seit Mai 2021 ist Werner Grabherr zurück beim SCR Altach – diesmal als sportlicher Leiter, in einer auch für ihn neuen Rolle.
Der Erz-Altacher gewährt mit zahlreichen Geschichten tiefe Einblicke in den Vereinsalltag der Schwarz-Weißen, schreckt nicht vor mutigen Visionen zurück, erklärt so authentisch wie kaum ein Anderer die potentiellen Spannungsfelder zwischen Sport und Wirtschaft innerhalb eines Vereins und erzählt, warum Altach bei einer Europa-League-Reise nach Belgien auf Holzschuhe als Gastgeschenke vertraute.
